Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service , and I encountered pests in my room, making the experience quite uncomfortable.

I had a great time staying here, especially with the friendly staff who made me feel welcome and the comfort of my clean, quiet room that allowed for a restful night's sleep. plus, just a short walk away are lovely attractions like the iconic Faust Street Bridge and the peaceful Hinman Island Park, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

I had a delightful stay! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a cozy atmosphere that invited relaxation after a long day. Additionally, the staff were attentive and quick to assist with any inquiries, making my visit even more pleasant. However, the breakfast options could use some expansion for more variety.

This hotel was just a well-suited match for a walk in the evening in New Braunfels with best value. The beds were comfortable, which helped after a long drive. Try to pack some snacks since breakfast options leave much to be desired.

Had a great stay at Coratel Inn & Suites! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Bed comfort stood out. I slept like a baby. The staff provided friendly service and were super attentive to my needs. Location felt safe and was convenient for exploring New Braunfels. However, the breakfast options could definitely be improved. Limited choices left me wanting more. Also, I noticed that the air conditioning could have been more effective. Besides those small issues, I really enjoyed my time here.

Sweet stay with comfy beds

We stayed for 2 nights and the rooms were decent enough. The beds were really comfy, which was a win after a long day. The lady at the front was super nice, but they really need to step it up on keeping the place fresh. The breakfast was okay, but I expected a bit more variety.

Staying at Coratel was convenient for our family, especially with elderly parents. We enjoyed the nearby New Braunfels MarketPlace and Schlitterbahn Waterpark. The spacious room was comfortable enough for everyone, and we liked that the hotel was family-friendly.

My kids wished the pool was clean and usable. It would really help families if the pool could be better maintained.
